Tell me more about
Integral Meditation

Meditation is the process of experiencing serene states of consciousness. The word “Integral" marks the goal of that process, leading us to a complete, or integrated state of mind and body. Integral Meditation (IM) is practiced twice a day for 15 to 20 minutes.

The technique involves the use of a special "personal sound" or a "vibration“ (pranava), that is determined according to the individual characteristics of the mind and body (the time and place of birth of the person and the special interaction between the instructor and the practitioner during the instruction).

The effect of Integral meditation is beneficial for the body, mind, spirit and soul.

Practicing Integral Meditation will give you more energy and strength to face the challenges of everyday life. A calm mind thinks clearly and is full of good, creative ideas. Regular meditation is the basis of a dynamic and successful life, and its result is external abundance and internal satisfaction.

The unique advantage of Integral Meditation is that it is, unlike most other meditations, a completely individualized technique detached from any ideology.

IM originates from an ancient knowledge contained in a text called the Yoga Sutras, authored by Maharishi Patanjali. There is a detailed description of the process of reaching the so-called "state of yoga", i.e. the state of pure, still consciousness.

Why should I learn
Integral Meditation?

Learning to meditate is one of the most important things a person should do in their life. This fundamental yet so simple skill not only supports success in everyday endeavors - both business and personal - but also creates a lasting sense of inner fulfillment and happiness. In addition, correct and regular meditation is the best stimulus for our spiritual evolution, pointing to a path to experience higher states of consciousness.

Key benefits of IM include:

  • What is the advantage of Integral Meditation compared to other techniques?
  • What does it mean that IM is individualized?
  • Can anyone learn Integral Meditation?
Yes, IM is available to everyone and does not require any prior knowledge. Of course, it is understood that the person does not have mental disorders or diseases. Even in the case of mental disorders, it is possible to learn and practice Integral Meditation, but this requires a special and separate approach.
  • I already practice guided meditations, what can IM provide to me additionally?
Guided meditation is not - meditation. Guided meditations are most often visualizations (light, parts of the body, energy) or concentration on something (sound, breath, thoughts). These are actually different techniques and do not deserve the name "meditation" in the true sense of the word. The purpose of these techniques is to activate the mind to "something", while with IM the intention is exactly the opposite - the cessation of all mind activity. More details in the video. :)
  • Is Integral Meditation just a relaxation technique or is it something more?
The Integral Meditation technique is an extremely effective relaxation technique, the benefits of which you will feel immediately, practically after the first exercise. However, it is not "just" a meditation technique. Built into its mechanism is the effective development of mental and conscious potentials that result in the development of so-called "higher states of consciousness". After completing the course, it is entirely up to you in which way and in which direction you will move with the practice of the technique.
  • What is the difference between a pranava and a mantra?
  • After completing the course, can I contact the instructor in case of any questions regarding meditation?
The Integral Meditation course is designed to enable you to practice the technique independently for the rest of your life. In principle, there is no need for contact. However, if the need does occur, Adrian offers a "free ongoing service" which means you can always ask questions or even repeat the course (providing its availability in English) for FREE.
